PeakMinds AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the named individuals whose perspectives are simulated.

All responses generated by the platform are AI-generated content for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, financial, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PeakMinds AI. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@peakmindsai.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not share, transfer, or sell your account to another person.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

PeakMinds AI offers subscription-based access. Payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record, who handles all billing, tax compliance, and payment processing.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PeakMinds AI to:

• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute AI-generated content from the platform without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying AI models or system prompts.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, code, and branding are the property of PeakMinds AI. The AI-generated responses produced during your sessions are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute or commercialize session outputs without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PeakMinds AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. 8. Limitation of Liability
